Mother Wineman'S World Famous Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients and put in 9 x 13-inch buttered pan. Beat egg and combine remaining ingredients until crumbly.
    Place crumbly mixture on top of rhubarb.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
    Chopped walnuts are a tasty addition to the topping.
