Meringue Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat the egg whites until peaks form.
    Add the sugar, gradually beating in until stiff, but not dry.
    Spread over top and sides of cake.
    Place in oven and turn off the heat at once.
    Let stand in oven with door closed for 3 hours.
    Cool.
