Garlic Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. boneless spareribs
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, water, dry mustard and garlic powder and put over ribs in crock-pot; simmer all day.
Before serving, add cornstarch.
Serve with rice.
