Pear Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked pears
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo or butter
    cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, spread evenly the pears.
    In a mixing bowl, mix with fingers the rest of the ingredients until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over pears.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    (Don't overbake as it will be dry.)
    Serve warm with Cool Whip or ice cream.
