Kava'S Cooler(Herbal Punch) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. water
3 Tbsp. grated ginger
5 tea bags or 5 Tbsp. peppermint tea
5 tea bags or 5 Tbsp. red or lemon or berry zinger tea
2 c. fructose or a sweetener of your choice
1 tsp. citric acid or juice from 2 or 3 lemons
Preparation

Bring one-quart of water and ginger to boil.
Boil until you can smell the ginger.
Remove from heat.
In the same water, steep the peppermint and zinger teas for 20 minutes.
Strain.
Add sweetener and citric acid.
Refrigerate for tea or freeze to make popsicles.
