Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell (graham cracker)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. white syrup (Karo)
    3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    2 c. fresh sliced strawberries
Preparation
    Bring cornstarch, sugar, water and syrup to a boil.
    Stir in Jell-O.
    Set aside to cool (20 to 30 minutes).
    When cool, place the strawberries in pie shell and cover with Jell-O mix.
    Chill until set.
    Serve with Cool Whip.
