Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 cooked squash
    salt and pepper
    1 can undiluted mushroom soup
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix cooked squash, soup, onion, cheese, beaten eggs and cracker crumbs. Pour into a casserole dish. Top with additional crushed cracker crumbs and dot thoroughly with oleo. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
