Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 oz. red food coloring
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil together, then add all other ingredients, alternating flour with the milk.
    Makes 3 layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
