Apricot Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
    16 to 20 dried apricots, cut up
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. apricot preserves
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients together. Push into ball shape in bowl with wooden spoon. Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes, enough to stiffen slightly. Roll in chopped nuts.
