Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks (whites for top)
butter (about 2 Tbsp.)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix 1 cup sugar, flour and cocoa.
Add milk and slightly beaten egg yolks.
Beat all together.
Boil until thick in double boiler.
Add butter.
Remove from heat when thick and smooth.
Add vanilla.
Pour into baked pie crust.
Beat whites of eggs and add 3 tablespoons sugar.
Put on top of pie and brown in oven.
