Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1/2 box shredded coconut
Preparation
    Put milk, sugar, egg yolks, cornstarch and salt in double boiler and cook until thick.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla and coconut.
    When cool, pour into baked pie shell.
    Top with meringue.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
    Bake until browned.
    Also good with graham cracker crust.
