Nelia'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    approximately 5 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix salt and 4 1/2 cups flour.
    Cut in flour and shortening. Mix flour mixture with other ingredients.
    Knead 1/2 cup flour (or more if needed) into the mixture.
    Let rise in a warm place.
    Mash down.
    Make out and place in pans.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
