Turkey Burritos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground turkey
1/2 c. salsa
1/4 c. ketchup
8 whole wheat tortillas
1 1/2 c. cooked pinto beans
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped tomatoes
cooked rice (optional)
corn (optional)
Preparation

Brown ground turkey.
Add salsa and ketchup; set aside.
Warm tortillas.
On each tortilla layer turkey mixture, cheese, lettuce, sour cream and tomatoes.
Roll up and serve.
You may add rice and corn to the meat mixture or serve as a side dish.
