Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
2 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped green onions and tops
2 to 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Cook rice in water.
In preheated frypan, cook oil (less oil if you have a nonstick pan).
Break egg in cup; beat with fork. Pour into warm oil; keep stirring until egg is stringy.
Cook about 1 minute.
Add cooked rice, green onions and tops and soy sauce.
