Praline Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frothy beaten egg white
    1 well-packed c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. whole pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Add sugar, nuts and vanilla to frothy egg white.
    Drop by spoonfuls on a foil covered cookie sheet (mini cookies will require only 1/2 teaspoon).
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place cookies in oven.
    Cut off heat and bake for 8 minutes.
    Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on sheet before serving.
    Yields about 30 cookies.
