Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 (10-inch) flour tortillas
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans with sausage
    1 (16 oz.) can plain refried beans
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 to 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    sour cream
    salsa
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain.
    Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning.
    Simmer until thickened.
    In greased 9 x 13-inch pan, place 2 to 3 tortillas to cover bottom of pan.
    Mix together refried beans and 1/4 cup salsa.
    Spread 1/2 of bean mixture over tortillas in pan.
    Top with 1/2 ground beef mixture. Sprinkle 1/2 of both cheeses.
    Add 2 or 3 more tortillas over cheeses.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with more tortillas and sprinkle with more cheese, if desired.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with sour cream, shredded lettuce, tomato, salsa or additional cheese, if desired.
    Serves 6 to 8.
