Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
    fresh broccoli, cut & steamed until tender
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 jar of old english cheese
    1 small jar of cheese whiz
Preparation
    Mix broth and soup in large pan and bring to a boil. Add steamed broccoli and reduce heat. Simmer, covered for about 5 minutes.
    Heat butter in pan and add chopped onion, saute until tender.
    Add flour to butter & onions.
    Cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually stir in milk with onion and flour mixture.
    Cook until thickened, about 5-10 minutes. Add salt and pepper, mix well. Stir milk mixture into broccoli mixture.
    Add the 2 cheeses and simmer for about 15 minutes. Serves 4-6 people.
