Microwave Home Run Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed vegetable soup
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    8 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart bowl or casserole, combine ground beef and onion.
    Cook, uncovered, on High for 5 minutes, stirring 3 times. Drain off fat.
    Blend in flour and salt.
    Add soup and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cook, uncovered, on High for 4 minutes, stirring after every 2 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Serve on buns.
    Makes 8 to 9 servings.
