Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (raw)
    3/4 stick butter
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 cans beef consomme
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt butter; add onion and cook until transparent.
    Place in casserole dish with rice and beef consomme.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
