Curried Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 oz.) pkg. chicken flavored rice
2 c. beer
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 bunch green onions, chopped
15 stuffed olives, sliced
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 jars marinated artichokes (hearts)
Preparation

Cook rice as directed; omit butter. Substitute 1 cup beer for 1 cup water in each package of rice. Add rest of water as called for. Add curry powder to mayonnaise and into rice.
Add rest of ingredients.
