Whacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    7 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    In a bowl, sift the dry ingredients.
    Make 3 holes in this mixture. Add the oil, vinegar and the vanilla, filling the holes. Pour the cold water over the top. Stir with a fork.
    Pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool and frost. Easy and delicious!
