Upside-Down Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
8 slices pineapple
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. pineapple juice
3 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Preparation

Melt butter over low heat in skillet.
Sprinkle sugar and arrange pineapple on sugar.
Let stand.
Mix other ingredients at high speed for 4 minutes.
Pour over pineapple.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 or 55 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Do not cover until completely cool.
