Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans whole kernel corn, drained
2/3 cup onion, chopped
1 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese, your choice
3 Tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1/2 cup water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
salt, pepper, and other seasonings to taste
3/4 cup margarine
additional shredded cheese
Preparation

In large casserole bowl, mix all ingredients except margarine. Place margarine in spoonfuls on top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about one hour, until thick and lightly brown.
Sprinkle with additional cheese.
Return to oven until cheese is completely melted.
