Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 qt. potatoes, sliced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Make white sauce of the oleo, flour, milk, salt and pepper. Put layer of potatoes in a 1-quart dish.
    Add a layer of onion. Repeat, then add white sauce.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
