Olive Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

black pitted olives
green olives
2 to 3 stalks celery
1 can flat anchovies
6 to 8 oz. roasted red peppers, cut in strips
8 to 10 cloves garlic, minced
wine vinegar and olive oil
Preparation

Mix well.
Sprinkle with oregano.
Cover and let stand 1 hour or refrigerate and take out 1 hour before serving.
