Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. squash, cut up
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 carrot, grated
Preparation
    Cook squash in boiling water 5 minutes; drain.
    Mix in other ingredients.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Mix 20 soda crackers, crushed, and 1 stick oleo, melted.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
