Sausage Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz. can evaporated milk
    2 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
    11.5 oz. jar salsa
    1 lb. pkg. pork sausage
    2 (10 oz.) bag tortilla chips
Preparation
    Slice cheese into 4 or 5 chunks and put in microwavable bowl or large pot (for stove).
    Add evaporated milk to cheese and cook in microwave (or on stove) on low-medium heat until cheese is melted.
    Stir often.
    Cheese tends to harden and stick to bottom of bowl/pan.
