Salisbury Steak And Onion Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/3 c. canned onion soup
    1 Tbsp. flour
    remaining soup
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients.
    Shape into 6 oval steak patties and brown well on all sides.
    Sprinkle flour over meat.
    Mix remaining ingredients for gravy (soup, ketchup, water, Worcestershire, Tabasco and mustard).
    Pour over meat.
    Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
