Polish Kielbasa Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Polish sausage or smoked sausage
    2 (15 oz.) cans chopped sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Brown Polish sausage in oil in a large iron skillet or Dutch oven. Add sauerkraut, sugar and water to sausage.
    Add potatoes and bay leaf.
    Cover and simmer until potatoes are done. Serve with cornbread and salad.
    A complete meal.
