Sunday Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef roast
    6 potatoes, quartered
    8 carrots, cut in half
    2 onions, cut in half
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place beef roast in Dutch oven or casserole dish.
    Add vegetables and other ingredients.
    Cover with foil.
    Cook 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Turn down heat to 250\u00b0 and cook 2 hours.
    Will not dry out or overcook while you are away.
