Gnocchi Di Patate Al Burro(Potato Dumplings With Butter) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    salt to taste
    dash of nutmeg
    1/2 lb. flour
    1/4 lb. whipped butter, melted
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, then peel and mash with a fork or in a food processor.
    Add salt, nutmeg and flour.
    Blend well.
