Whole Wheat Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in bowl. Beat with rotary beater until blended. Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet. Remove from heat. Spoon in about 2 tablespoons batter. Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter. Return to heat. Brown on one side. Or cook on inverted crepe pan. Invert pan over paper toweling. Remove crepe. Repeat with remaining batter. Makes 16 to 18 crepes. Grease skillet occasionally.
