My Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
1 c shortening
1 c oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp milk
4 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cream of tartar
12 oz package chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream together first 4 ingredients.
Blend in egg, vanilla and milk.
Mix dry ingredients
and chocolate chips together and add to egg sugar mixture. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 15-17 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
