Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red sockeye salmon
    2 eggs
    1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    milk
    oil to fry
Preparation
    In medium bowl, mix salmon, eggs, crumbs and pepper.
    Mix in milk, a little at a time, until mixture will absorb no more. Shape into patties. In hot oil in skillet, heat and brown each patty on both sides.
    Serve.
    Serves 2 to 4.
