Squash Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. cooked squash
1/2 c. self-rising flour
hot oil

Preparation

Combine ingredients except oil.
Mix well and drop mixture into hot oil.
Brown on both sides.
