Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix and roll out thin.
    Cut into 1/4-inch strips and dry overnight.
    Drop into boiling broth.
    Thicken with 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water.
