Savory Sweet Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 lb. blade roast
    1 onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat on both sides in skillet.
    Add onion.
    Blend together remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
    Cover and simmer for 2 1/2 hours, or until tender.
