Pepper And Onion Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chunk bologna
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. very finely chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. sweet pickle cubes
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Grind bologna in food grinder or processor.
    Add all other ingredients; mix together until of spreading consistency.
    May need more or less mayonnaise.
    Leftover ham may be used to make this spread, too.
