Chinese-Style Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. green beans
    2 Tbsp. each: soy sauce and water
    1 tsp. each: cornstarch and brown sugar
    1 tsp. dark sesame oil
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. each: minced garlic and ginger
Preparation
    Place beans in vegetable steamer and steam for 6 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Cool under cool running water and drain.
    Mix soy sauce, water, cornstarch, sugar, sesame oil and crushed red pepper in a small bowl until the cornstarch is well blended.
