Apple Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 apples
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 c. shortening
9 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation

Toss apples, sugar and cinnamon.
Mix flour, shortening and water to make crust.
Roll out crust for a bottom and top layer. Put apple mixture on top of bottom crust in a 9 x 12-inch pan. Put top layer of crust on.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until crust is brown, approximately 1 hour.
