Peanut Brittle Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. water
1 c. raw peanuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Boil sugar, syrup, water and peanuts until peanuts start popping; let pop two or three minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add butter, vanilla and soda.
Mix well and pour onto buttered cookie sheet.
Do not try to spread!
Candy will be ready to break in about 10 minutes.
