Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head lettuce, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 sweet onion, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise (can use more or less)
1 Tbsp. sugar
Parmesan cheese, grated
1 can LeSueur English peas, drained
grated Cheddar cheese
real bacon bits or pieces
Preparation

In a large bowl, layer all ingredients in order through onions.
Spread mayonnaise completely over top of onions. Sprinkle sugar then Parmesan cheese. Just a little. Add drained peas, then cover with grated cheese and sprinkle with bacon, then eat and enjoy!
