Scalloped Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked ham
2 lb. potatoes, thinly sliced
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 small onion, grated
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Butter the bottom and sides of a 2-quart baking dish. Beginning with the ham, alternate layers of ham and potatoes, finishing with a layer of potatoes.
Combine the milk, mustard and onion.
Pour over all.
Dot with butter.
Cover and bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Remove cover and continue baking for 15 minutes or until brown.
