One Dish Potato Salad And Frankfurters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1 onion, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    6 to 8 frankfurters
    4 slices bacon, diced
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. celery seed (optional)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except franks.
    Bring to boil, then place in oven and slowly bake at 350\u00b0, tightly covered, for 45 minutes.
    Add franks; cook 15 minutes longer.
    Serves 4 to 6.
