Annie'S Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 c. cut up ham, sausage or bacon
    2 to 3 c. cubed bread (you can use more)
    2 c. mild cheese, cubed
    4 large eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ham, bread and cheese in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish (broccoli optional).
    Beat eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Pour over first ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Watch closely.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Very good!
