Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 sliced cucumbers
    1 onion, sliced and divided into rings
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. celery
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. apple cider
Preparation
    Mix the salt and celery seed.
    Mix the sugar and apple cider. Spread the salt and celery seed mixture over the cucumbers and onions. Let stand outside refrigerator for 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
    Pour sugar and cider mixture over cucumber mix. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
