Egg Pastry(1940) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour, sifted
1 c. lard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. ice water (more or less)
Preparation

Sift flour and salt together.
Cut lard into mixture until it looks like corn meal.
Mix egg, vinegar and water together and add gradually to flour mixture until dough holds together.
