Fresh Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 large pkg. mushrooms, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 can chicken broth
    3 cans water
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter; add mushrooms to onions.
    Cook on low, covered, for 5 minutes.
    In large pot, make roux with flour and oil.
    Add broth, water and cubes.
    Add onions and mushrooms.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add pepper, but no salt.
