Iced Cappuccino Frappe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. seltzer
    1/3 c. General Foods International Coffees orange cappuccino
    1 c. orange sherbet or vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Combine all the above ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.
    Garnish with scoop of sherbet or ice cream if desired. Makes about 3 cups or 2 (12 ounce) servings.
