Perfect Peach Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. whole cloves
6 to 8 peeled peaches
1 stick cinnamon
Preparation
-
Make a thick syrup of the sugar, water and vinegar.
Drop in the cloves and cinnamon.
Bring to boil and then carefully put in the prepared peaches.
(Cook just enough of the peaches to make one quart at a time.)
